Personal Use Licence

Your purchase gives one individual purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied product for personal use only. Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights remain with Method & Folio or the relevant rights owner.

What you may do

You may download and store the files on devices you control, use them for your own personal or household purposes, and print reasonable copies for yourself. You may give a finished physical print or completed item as a personal gift, but you must not give anyone the digital file, editable template, download link or source asset.

You may personally use a planner, workbook or organisational product in your own employment or sole-trader administration. That does not allow you to share it with staff or clients, use it as a client deliverable, or build a paid service or product from it.

What you must not do

You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload or copy the digital product for another person, household, team or organisation.

You must not use it for client work, commercial templates, products or services for sale, print-on-demand, stock, promotion bundles, lead magnets or any other commercial distribution.

You must not claim the design or content as your own, remove ownership notices, or use any part in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Editing, recolouring, combining or adding content does not create a new right to sell or share the result.

Third-party elements

A product may contain fonts, graphics, software-dependent features or other third-party elements. Those elements remain subject to their own applicable terms. The product listing or delivery instructions will identify any material separate requirement.

Breach and rights

The licence ends if you materially breach it and do not stop or correct the breach when asked. Ending the licence does not remove accrued rights or your statutory consumer rights. Questions or permission requests: hello@methodandfolio.co.uk.
