Need a hand?

Something not quite right, or simply have a question? Email hello@methodandfolio.co.uk. If you have ordered, include your order number so we can find it quickly. We’ll help you with the next step.

Can I return a standard physical item?

Yes. Contact us within 14 days after delivery and we’ll give you the return instructions. You then have 14 days after telling us to send the item back. You pay change-of-mind return postage. Please don’t send it to the dispatch address or a supplier unless we ask you to. Our Returns Policy explains refunds and your legal rights.

Can I return a personalised item?

Not simply because you have changed your mind once production has begun. If we have not started, contact us straight away and we’ll cancel where reasonably possible. If the item is faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described, your rights still apply.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery estimates depend on the item and its preparation and delivery times. Check the product information before ordering. Need it for a particular date? Email us first and we’ll let you know whether we can help. If an order is late or missing, get in touch and we’ll check it for you.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

We’re sorry—please email us with your order number and tell us what happened. Photographs are helpful if you can provide them. We’ll explain how we can put it right and arrange reasonable return postage if a return is needed.

Can I cancel a digital order?

Contact us straight away if you want to cancel a digital order. Once supply starts, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available; any legal cancellation right that still applies is protected. Our Returns Policy explains this. If a file is missing, broken or not as described, we’ll help put it right.
