Terms of service

1. Who you are buying from

Your seller is Natasha Harris trading as Method & Folio, a sole trader in England. Email hello@methodandfolio.co.uk. The service and correspondence address is Method & Folio, Bay R11, Nexus House, 66 Queens Court Trading Estate, Greets Green Road, West Bromwich, West Midlands, B70 9EQ, United Kingdom.

2. Where these terms apply

These terms apply to consumer purchases through methodandfolio.co.uk. If you buy from us on a marketplace, the terms and buyer protections shown there also apply.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell digital products, standard physical or print-on-demand products, and personalised or made-to-specification products. The listing identifies the format, included files or item, available options, personalisation requirements, estimated delivery and any material product-specific limitation.

Colours and sizing can vary slightly between screens, materials and production runs. This does not excuse a material difference from the description. You are responsible for checking supplied measurements, spelling, dates, names and approved proofs before confirming a personalised order.

4. Orders and the contract

To order, choose your item and options, add it to your bag, check the order and delivery details, and complete payment. You can correct details before paying. Orders and these terms are in English. A contract is made when we accept your order by email. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken. An obvious error will not result in an increased charge without your agreement.

Please contact us immediately if an order confirmation is wrong. We may be unable to change a digital order after access begins or a personalised order after production starts.

5. Prices, payment and offers

The price and any delivery charge payable to us are shown before payment. Separate import charges may apply to cross-border deliveries, as explained in the Delivery Policy. Payment is processed by the store, marketplace or its payment provider.

Any available discount and its conditions are shown with the offer before you sign up or buy. Enter a valid code at checkout before paying. Codes have no cash value and do not apply retrospectively.

6. Digital products

The product page explains the files, access method and software or printing requirements. Unless it states a different delivery time, digital supply begins after successful payment.

Cancellation and refund rights for digital purchases are explained in our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy.

You are responsible for using compatible software and keeping a backup of files supplied to you. If a file is missing, corrupt, inaccessible, faulty or materially misdescribed, contact us so we can repair, replace or refund as the law and platform require.

7. Physical and print-on-demand products

Your product page describes the physical item, available options and estimated delivery. Method & Folio remains your seller and is responsible for your order, including support, returns and putting things right if a problem occurs.

8. Personalised products

Personalised or made-to-specification work may begin promptly after order or proof approval. Once production begins, change-of-mind cancellation and return rights do not apply. This does not affect rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not delivered or materially different from the approved specification.

9. Delivery

Delivery methods, estimates, customs and delay handling are set out in the Delivery and Fulfilment Policy. Dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding. We remain responsible for supplying the order, even where a production partner or carrier performs part of fulfilment.

10. Cancellations, returns and faults

The Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Standard physical goods have a change-of-mind return route. Personalised goods and supplied digital content have the exclusions described there. Faulty, damaged, wrong, materially misdescribed or undelivered products remain protected.

11. Responsibility

Nothing limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. For consumer purchases, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect information supplied by you, incompatible use clearly disclosed before purchase, or events genuinely outside reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to reduce delay or disruption.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, including the United States, you keep mandatory consumer protections and court rights that apply where you live. Contact hello@methodandfolio.co.uk first so we can try to resolve a problem promptly.
