How is my portrait created?

Your photograph is our starting point. We reimagine your venue in a soft watercolour style, celebrating the character of the place and the memories it holds. Finished with your chosen words, it becomes a personal piece of art that brings a little of your wedding day into everyday life.

How do I personalise my portrait?

Choose your wording layout and add the exact text in the personalisation fields on this page. Include your venue name, with names and a date if you would like them. Choose your artwork background and upload your venue photograph before adding your portrait to the bag.

Which photograph should I send?

A clear photograph showing the whole venue in good daylight is ideal; it does not need to be a professional image. Upload the original photograph, not a screenshot. If we need a clearer view or another angle, we will let you know before creating your portrait.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. We aim to email your first proof within 24 hours of receiving your photograph and complete details. Please approve it or send your correction request within 48 hours. Nothing is printed until you approve your artwork.

Can I request changes?

One round of corrections is included. Send all your requested changes together so we can prepare a revised proof, which also needs your approval within 48 hours. Further revision rounds are not included. A different venue photograph or viewpoint would require new artwork.

When will my portrait be sent?

Allow 3–5 working days, Monday–Friday, for artwork, proof approval and production, counted from the day after purchase. Delivery time is additional, and UK delivery is free. If we are waiting for your photograph, details or approval, we will contact you to agree a revised dispatch date.
